The basic quality requirements to achieve this standard are implemented via the organisation’s exposition and internal / referenced Procedures. The documents set out the quality arrangements by specifying the personnel directly responsible of equality matters and the particular procedures and practices that must be observed at all times. Adherence to these procedures ensures compliance with the quality requirements of the airworthiness authorities and customers.
Quality is not the sole responsibility of the quality department. Quality standards are the responsibility of all personnel and it is the duty of all personnel to:
- comply with the policy.
- strive to improve quality standards at every opportunity.
- co-operate with Quality Auditors.
